Dee Buros
Equine Specialist/Trainer
Dee is an Equine Specialist with FourDirections and works with a team in the EAGALA model. She has been involved with horses for eight years and has been working with EAGALA for almost 3 years. She loves all of her work with horses, but especially enjoys working with Native American Youth. Over the years, she has witnessed youth and adults making amazing connections with horses and transferring those experiences to life lessons.
Dee is also a teacher and is currently the Indian Education Coordinator and a member of the Equity Team at Shakopee Schools. In her spare time, she enjoys working out, reading, and family time. She contributes her fulfilling life to surrounding herself with supportive friends, family and her strong faith in God.

BA in Elementary Education from South Carolina State University
MA in Education from Saint Mary’s University
